Tuesdays,
8:15-9:15pm. Marie teaches her Tuesday evening class as a gift of
heart to our Starseed family! A portion of the money raised in this
class will be donated to a non-profit organization: due to the cirtical
situation in Tibet, we have chosen to support the Yungchen
Lhamo Charitable Foundation, which renders invaluable assistance
to the Tibetan people both within the Tibetan homeland as well as
in the exile community. Come to this very special class to practice
yoga knowing that your action is changing the world and experience
the true essence of yoga - opening of the heart!

1-2, Fridays, 9:30 - 11:00am. Finding
a balance in life and in all daily activities is what yoga teaches.
Whether youre a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey,
discover the health benefits of Yoga. Travel deeper into your own
practice through Asana (poses), Breath (pranayama), relaxation (restorative
poses), yogic philosophy and meditation. This multilevel class will
lead the beginner through the basic postures, while also challenging
the more advanced student. Towards the end of each class we will
seek out various ways we can reduce stress, let go of tension and
experience stillness in our lives for a deeply relaxing experience.

May 5th - Beginner Yoga I Series:

1 Starting May 5th: 4 Mondays, 8-9:15pm (May 5th, 12th, 19th &
June 2nd. No May 26th class.), 4 weeks, $50.
Part 2 starting
June 9th: 4 Mondays 8-9:15pm (June 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th),
4 weeks, $50.
Starseed's
Seedlings, part 1 (of 2 4-week parts): An Introduction to Yoga.
Learn about yoga from the ground up. Join Nancy witters for an intorductroy
course to yoga. The focus will be on the basics: correct alignment
in the poses and proper breathing techniques. This class is perfect
if you are brand new to yoga or looking for a "refresher"
course. This series will get you started with your yoga practice
and prepare to move on to Level 1 classes.
Starseed's
Seedlings, part 2 (of 2 4-week parts): Now that you are beginning
to learn the basics and want to move deeper, stay on for another
4 weeks with Nancy and get more detailed information on the basic
poses and breath work.
