***IYENGAR:

through holding poses for longer periods.
VINYASA 1 & OPEN: Movements are synchronized with breath in flowing sequences of postures, designed to warm and stretch the body. Performing a practice of poses and counterposes helps one move into symmetry and achieve a sense of balance and a subtle state of meditative awareness. Level 1 Vinyasa classes introduce the dynamic of conscious breath with movement, and maintain a focus on correct alignment and muscular engagement throughout the poses. Open Vinyasa Classes build on this foundation, while moving at a more vigorous pace and adding more challenging postures.
JIVAMUKTI: Jivamukti means “living liberated” in Sanskrit. A rigorous form of asana sequences, intrinsically linked with breath and yoga philosophy without losing sight of the goal of the practice: liberation. This style encourages intellectual pursuit and spiritual awareness through the study of sacred yogic text, Sanskrit chanting, listening to uplifting music, and the spoken word.
***LUNAR

an asana practice inspired by the phases of the moon. It is
an inward journey to release the tension of the work week
and create a fresh beginning to celebrate the weekend.
***CANDLE LIT YOGA:
Gentle yoga done in the studio lit with soothing candle light
will help you to access a deeper state of relaxation and release
layers of stress. A gentle flowing asana practice will be

will be incorporated into this class. Come to relax and maybe
you'll sleep a little better too!
