BEGINNER YOGA: Designed for those brand new to yoga or those wishing to revisit the basics of alignment, breath, and precision in the pose.
LEVEL 1: Active class introducing basic yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

LEVEL 1 & MEDITATION: To open mind/body/spirit, preparing you to enter into deep levels of meditation. One hour of yoga followed by one-half hour of meditation.
GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA: Gentle guided movement with breath awareness along with restorative poses designed to relax and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
IYENGAR: Emphasizes muscular and skeletal alignment, and creates strength, flexibility, and balance.
VINYASA 1 & OPEN: Introduces the dynamic of conscious breath with movement, and maintains a focus on correct alignment and muscular engagement. Open Vinyasa Classes build on this foundation, while moving at a more vigorous pace and adding more challenging postures.
CANDLELIGHT YOGA: Gentle, with soothing candle light, to facilitate a deeper state of relaxation and release layers of stress. A gentle flowing asana practice will be followed by a longer period for savasana and some time for meditation or pranayama.
PRENATAL: Prepares for a healthier pregnancy and allows an easier delivery. Starseed recommends that mommies-to-be begin this class as early in their pregnancy as possible, but women at all stages of pregnancy can be easily accommodated.
POSTNATAL (Mommy & Me): Provides new mothers and infants a wonderful way to restore their bodies after labor. This class is appropriate for babies 6 weeks to 15 months.
NAAM YOGA: Utilizes the principles of sound in the form of chanting vedic and other mantras to supplement pranayama (breathing techniques) and the execution of the asanas (postures) in order to facilitate a deeper exploration of conscious awareness.
SEEDLINGS: Our signature "BEGINNER" Series that introduces the foundation of yoga through history, philosophy, asana (poses), and pranayama (breath practice). Available in 4 week or 8 week sessions.
YOGA for GREATER MOBILITY: "Chair Yoga" plus. Perfect for beginners and those whose mobility has been restricted by choice, by lifestyle, by age, or by ailment. Emphasis on physical alignment and the breath as key to opening and releasing. Poetry is used to open and inspire.
