City, for a special ONE DAY Kids Yoga Training. This interactive
and educational training is perfect for yoga teachers, school
teachers, yoga students or anyone who loves working with children.
As long as you are familiar with general yoga poses, you are
qualified to attend this training. Experience what childrens
yoga is all about and all it's great benefits. Learn poses,
games, breathing and visualization techniques that are suitable
and engaging for children of all ages. These tools will get
you on your way to teaching a great kids yoga class. Jeannene's
expertise as a fitness professional makes her trainings specialized,
informative, and most of all fun.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
In
the event of cancellation, The deposit will be refunded or
can be applied to another training date. We reserve the right
to cancel the training if minimum enrollment is not met no
later than 24 hours prior to said training.

with Swami Karma Karuna

Earth,
water, fire, air, ether. What are the elements? How do the
elements relate to the human body or microcosmos? Learn how
Yoga practices relate to the elements and practices to understand
and balance the elements. By blending yogic lifestyle and
Sannyas tradition with family life, Swami Karma Karuna brings
unique and practical approach, inspiring the integration of
yogic principals into everyday activities.
Swami
Karma Karuna is a founding member and director of Anahata
Yoga Retreat, New Zealand and a dedicated, intuitive yoga
teacher with years of experience working with a diverse range
of people. From an early age, she traveled exploring diverse
spiritual traditions; finally dedicating herself to the yogic
path, guided by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, world-wide
head of the Satyananda Yoga Tradition. Swami received yoga
training in Nepal and India and holds a diploma from the Satyananda
Yoga Academy Australia. She spends 3 months each year living
and teaching in India at the home and sadhana place of Swami
Satyananda and travels world-wide sharing practical yoga techniques
for transformation. Recently Swami Karma Karuna has trained
teacher trainees at the Satyananda Yoga Academy in Australia
and worked with a group of Yoga Therapists in the USA sharing
the therapeutic uses of Satyananda Yoga Nidra.
