Gary Potter, Co-Owner Starseed Bloomfield
Gary is a yoga and meditation practitioner for close to 20 years and is a disciple of Dr. Jason Martin. He has also worked with Jose Silva, Steffan Vanel, Gary Zukov, Doug & David Swenson, Summer Bacon, Cosme Castanieto and Robert Thurman. As well as Jyoti Chrystal's student, business partner and the director of Starseed Bloomfield, Gary is a Hospice Volunteer in several local nursing homes helping with closure in this life and transitting into the next. Holding his Ph.D. in Art History and Italian literature, Gary has studied and taught at many universities around the world. One of his greatest pleasures is his work as a Literacy Volunteer. Over the years Gary has helped many adults achieve literacy and successfully rebuild their lives. A recent graduate of the SSYTT (2007), Gary is hoping to use his training to work with the elderly and less fortunate. A successful entrepreneur and single father of two children, Gary is very active in both his public and spiritual communities.
