Mindy
Schwartz
Mindy has been a teacher, coach and trainer for 14 years. She
started practicing meditation and yoga eight years ago, at first
for health reasons. She got hooked when she realized how much the
practice transformed her mentally and physically, which led to
a happier and healthier personal and professional life. As a yoga
teacher she is committed to helping her students and colleagues
live in the moment as strong yet flexible individuals in both body
and mind with the ability to fully experience life.
Mindy has studied Yoga for over 400 hours and is a Registered
Yoga Teacher (RYT). She has certifications from Yoga Zone/Be Yoga,
with Alan Finger, and The Breathing Project, with Leslie Kaminoff
and Zack Kurland.
