Susan O’Brien loves to welcome new students to yoga. A 2006 graduate of Starseed's 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, she is continuing her studies with Jyoti Chrystal in restorative, structural, and therapeutic yoga. Her style of teaching is gentle and compassionate. A second degree Reiki practitioner and certified in holistic prenatal yoga by Wise Woman Birthways, Susan also delights in working with therapeutic-grade essential oils. She is presently immersed in the NJ Institute of Ayurveda's Foundation-Level Certification Course. Inspired by the writings of T.K.V. Desikachar, she continues to explore the yogic path with many great teachers including George Russell and Mark Whitwell.
