About the Starseed Yoga Teacher Training Program

As a yoga studio, we are passionate about education which is well demonstrated by our dedication to teacher teacher training since 2000. For the past 14 years, we  have offered Yoga Teacher Training programs approved by the Yoga Alliance at the 500 and 200 hour levels.  Our teacher training programs are fully comprehensive and many of them exceed the Yoga Alliance requirements in all categories.

Both of our 200 and 300 hour programs tap on senior (ERYT-500+) teachers to share their knowledge, experience, and inspiration for you to grow into the best teacher you can be. Anyone can learn to call out poses from a script, but teaching and empowering students is so much more than that!  If you are looking to deepen your own practice, learn how to really teach, and share the benefits of yoga with others, you are in the right place!

This year we are launching both  our 200 and 300 hour programs running for 9 months starting on Friday, September 26th.
